Graphic Artist

Jupiter Wellness is seeking a full-time digital Graphic Artist capable of using their artistic abilities to graphically communicate ideas, inform customers and solve problems.  The right candidate will be highly creative but also be able to execute executive vision with minimal input while adhering to strict project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and design various materials for print, labelling, packaging and digital collateral
  • Design optimized graphics, brochures, logos, signs, books, article covers, presentations, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and time restrictions
  • Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
  • Meet with stakeholders to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like and create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of those communications.
  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic arts, design, communications or related field
  • 5 years minimum experience in digital graphic design
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Expertise with Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Sketch, InDesign, Powerpoint and other graphic design and presentation software
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Previous experience working for/with national brands and campaigns preferred

Inside Sales Rep

If you enjoy speaking with people and can turn a regular conversation into a sale, we have the perfect job for you. As an Inside Sales Representative at Jupiter Wellness, you will work primarily out of our new headquarters in Jupiter, FL with B2B customers selling our consumer lines of products including skincare, sun care and other wellness products. Account Executives must be passionate about our vision and selling products that better our consumers’ lives through science. Your energy and excitement should shine on every call to guarantee successful customer engagement with the company and our brands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Encourage customers to buy products by using a script to reference important parts of what our brands have to offer.
  • Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
  • Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about new and existing products.
  • Update the customer database with new information every time there is a customer interaction and protect sensitive customer information.
  • Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they are looking for in our brands.
  • Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
  • Adopt a team mentality on the sales floor and always be closing.
  • Report any feedback or requests to products or processes that will boost sales and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior telephone or B2B sales experience
  • Basic Data Entry Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Professional appearance
  • Well organized and great attention to detail

Director of Pharmaceutical Development

Jupiter Wellness is seeking a full-time Director of Pharmaceutical Development to be responsible for the development of topical, inhalation and oral formulations for preclinical research, clinical trials and consumer product lines.  This position reports directly to the Chief Science Officer.

  • Bio-Technology Evaluation
  • Quality Assessments
  • Transfer of Formulations to GMP Manufacturers
  • IND Documentation


Job Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Bio-Sciences, PHD Preferred
  • Experience working with the FDA on clinical drug development
  • Experience with CMC sections
  • Research expertise with ECS preferred
  • Lab management experience a plus
